First Citizen is a fast-paced thriller that answers the question of what might America look and feel like if a charismatic army general maneuvered himself into a position of absolute power in the wake of a cataclysmic domestic terrorism attack, and can an unlikely group (led by disgraced ex-FBI agent George Moore) band together to stop him.
